It's the big guy's son!
Remember the episode, Young Master Carlson? The actor Sparky Marcus, who played Arthur Carlson Jr., also appeared in an old Nancy Drew episode. His distinctive eyes kinda give him away.
This was a Christmas-themed episode with a typical 1970's Santa-styled ending. Sometimes I think that network TV was pretty much required to have this particular plot twist every December, way back then.
